The SuperEcosystem started 2 years ago as a project with the mission and vision to strengthen the national and international visibility and supports the development and growth of ecosystems, clusters and development service providers in Pohjois-Savo region, Finland.
The project receives funding from the regional council of Pohjois-Savo and is coordinated by Savonia University of Applied Sciences.
We get an understanding of the regional ecosystems, and reach out near and far to determine the best practices for super ecosystem development.
We help the ecosystems to identify and package their products and services, and create a package of services with which the ecosystems can continue the productization later.
We coordinate the collaboration between different ecosystems, and together with the ecosystems create a roadmap for a digital infrastructure.
We help ecosystems to achieve a desired level with their marketing materials, while also creating a brand for the SuperEcosystem.
We define key processes, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes for the marketing of ecosystems nationally and internationally.
We communicate about our activities and ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.
